Fast Shutter Photos

Time to test out the fast shutter speed for some stop motion shots. Every once in awhile I like to experiment a bit with the shutter; I chose 1/2,000 of a second with a few of these. Water flowing through Sinclair canyon, and then onto the nearby Columbia river. A couple weeks ago on a separate trip, I was trying my best to capture this Humming bird, which was visiting a feeder every so often, but my patience ran out and wasn’t able to get a decent freeze frame photo.
