What nature offers

in #nature19 days ago

Nature always amazes us with many wonderful things. From the water we drink to the different colors around us and the beautiful landscapes we see, nature gives us so much.We should be thankful for all these gifts. When I think about explaining the importance of nature to the children in our village, I remember a special example—the Touch Me Not Plant. It's one of the rarest and most interesting plants that can surprise anyone who sees it.Not many people know about it, but it's really special on its own.

The Touch Me Not Plant, also called Mimosa pudica, surprises us in a unique way.
When you touch its leaves, they instantly fold up and droop.I used to play with this plant when I was a child, and now that I found one growing in our yard, I don't want to miss the fun again. The leaves close quickly when touched, shaken, or even when strong wind blows. After a few minutes, they slowly open again and return to their normal shape. This time, I didn’t try to eat it, but I took some pictures instead. There was a soft pink flower blooming on one of the stems, and I had never seen them before. The natural mix of green and pink against the red brick wall was really beautiful to look at.
