Lebron's Legacy and the haters - Light hearted views
Hey guys,
Hope you all enjoyed the 2017 NBA season.
I personally enjoyed it.
I've been a NBA fan from the late 80's to now. I hear all the arguments about which era is or was better. But one thing for sure is the game has changed and continues to evolve love it or hate.
People generally don't like change because its uncomfortable and we are creatures of habit.
I personally love seeing Lebron fans and Jordan fans argue about
Who was better ? quicker? faster? stronger? GOAT?
I like to keep an open mind and just enjoy watching good basketball.
So has Lebrons legacy been ruined by his FINALS record of 3W 5L
Yes it has, because people are a harsh judge. Whether you agree or not people love winners and Playoff Finals wins matter to most people.
I just hope the teams become more competitive with the EAST vs WEST as its super lopsided. The WEST is loaded and the EAST is weak in comparison.
What are your thoughts on the super teams?
Was it a weak move for Kevin Durant to go to Golden State?
Are we watching a bunch of millennials chasing rings?
Do they get paid too much to even care about Rings/winning?
Will Kawhi Leonard over shadow Lebron?
Let me know your thoughts
I definitely do not believe Lebron's legacy is being ruined by his 3-5 record in the Finals. The man is easily considered a top-5 player of all time, and in my opinion will definitely be a top-2 player when all is said and done. Lebron is a winner, and he has 3 rings to show for it...loved to hear your thoughts on it though!
I guess we will have to wait and see. I'm curious to see how his game changes as he ages. What are your thoughts on the best trades this off season. I like this Paul George move.
Curious to see Lonzo Ball and the Chinese MVP
Yeah, I think his game will age well. He's really developed a back to the basket game, and is effective passing out of the post. He'll be a point-forward even moreso than he is now.
Other than the GSW, I think OKC won the offseason as well. Yeah, PG-13 could only be a 1 year rental situation, but even if he leaves they have the ability to sign another max level player next year. With Roberson, Adams, and George, the Thunder have the defensive length and athleticism to make things tough even for the Warriors. I like their team.
Another winner imo, are the Timberwolves. Can't wait to see their tenacity on the court!
And of course, I'm definitely pumped to see the Lakers. Showtime might be back, eh?
