What an interesting story, and I love the way you finished the sweater! Making the sleeves and yoke with the simple pattern was a good idea. It came out perfect!
I'm glad you like it, anise! I adore everything bright and bold, but it seems to me that finishing a sweater with the same patterns will be too "heavy" in appearance.
