If it breaks out, it could begin an uptrend against Ethereum. And Ethereum - is in a strong uptrend against Bitcoin. Very bullish if so.

Can NEO outperform ETH? I'm holding both. Either way, I believe on these assets but I'm bullish with NEO than ETH. I believe ETH correction is not yet over.

Watching out everyday.
