I think we need to focus on the benefits of regulations and not on the downside of them. The support level is not to stable but I don't believe it can drop significantly again. Appreciate the coment! :)

Yes I think it is a good price to get in !
But how you can see it's price is bouncing around support line for some days . So NEO has some chances to go even lower, to 25-26. And then I think market will lift it up...
