The Adventurous Nerd

The Adventurous Nerd wanted a can of Tango that they liked to try to nail to the wall. It was a weird activity, to me and my husband, but not to the Nerd, who assumed it was out of this world. You wouldnt have thought, a can of Tango was the chosen thing.

The Adventurous Nerd owned a piece of paper to play with. It would be a fairly extraordinary exercise, to my dad, but not to the Nerd, who thinks it would be simply life. Who would have imagined, a piece of paper would be the chosen thing.

The Adventurous Nerd wanted a custard pie that they would sometimes watch for 10 minutes every morning. It might have been a curious operation, to my children, but not to the Nerd, who considered that it was in fact, wonderful. Honestly, a custard pie was the thing that was chosen.

The Adventurous Nerd owned a bat that they liked to put up their bum. One might find this to be an exciting exercise, to me, but not to the Nerd, who had come to the conclusion that the idea was breathtaking. A bat of all things.

The Adventurous Nerd desperately searched for a block of cheese that they would occasionally put down their trousers. It is a somewhat surprising approach to life, to some, but not to the Nerd, who feels that it was in fact, amazing. Remarkably, a block of cheese was the thing that was selected.
