Hello everyone I just came up with this wonderful idea to help out new people with low rep if you're reputation is under 40 I will give you a little upvote to help build it
Any user that is on a blacklist will not be getting upvoted i will also check out what you are posting and if I like it I will also give your post a little upvote I really hope that this will help you
