NEWBORN..AGAIN AND AGAIN

Newborn…. again and again…

It’s not anything new to be born. We have done this again and again and again, countless times. We forget.

And not just as a human being, but in millions of different bodily forms. The dreadful cycle of birth and death.. The dying starts even before birth …. with the first heartbeat.

Now in this human birth let me become free from this endless cycle with the realization that I am not this body or any of the other bodies. I am spirit. I am energy. And I am traveling in a lower plane where there is a beginning and an end to everything.
