Violation of Human Rights

VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

In this present day, the violation of the rights of humans has become a regular occurrence and has become a sour topic. And this is not only rampant in Nigeria but around the world . Violence is a subject that is now spoken of as a regular happening and has gotten to the stage where it is looked upon as a regular occurrence. This is really wrong and a solution has to be found before the country is completely in ruins . Currently many Nigerians believe there is no going back and many have lost hope , some even believe that migrating is the only way possible and with the situation on ground that is 99percent true. Many want to believe and fight but are scared of losing their lives in the process regarding the death of Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola in the year 1998 on the 7th of July and many others.
According to Cambridge; an action that breaks or acts against something, especially a law, agreement, principle, or something that should be treated with respect. There are different categories of violence which includes;women violation, children violation, physical violation, e. t. c. Women violation is one of the most common violation ranging from assault, body shaming etc.

Talking on children violation which is also a regular happening . The bible defined children as gifts from God and their rights are really important. Children are fragile objects that define life based on their experiences: what they see, how they are treated, what they observe and so on . Just like a child who spent the early years of their life watching their mothers maltreated by their fathers or children who see hawking as a regular important activity on their day to day activities.Children are the foundation of the continuity of life. Ancestors were once children and so were all our elders and parents. Various categories of children violation are child labour, child abuse , children trafficking etc.

Moving on to physical violation, thos aspect is amongst the most viooated rights. In America for instance, u will be arrested for hitting a child or an individual. The categories of physical violation is numerous ranging from torture , sexual assault, maltreatment, domestic violence etc.

Each of these categories of violations have consequences on the individuals which includes; low self esteem, depression, emotional damage, low input on the country as the individuals tend to express apathy on various issues that concerns the country. Here are some solutions to the these cases of violations I have talked about:
*Public awareness on the subject 'violation as a whole'.

*Encouragement to victims.
