Cooking together at the refugee camp and in the afternoon picking pomegranates💦.

Hello everyone.

Friends, today we are cooking together with the residents at the evacuation center. Around 8:00 a.m., we received aid in the form of supplies and canned goods. When we received the food aid, we were all very happy. Even though we sometimes couldn't access the internet all day, we all patiently carried out some important tasks here.

We also received several packages of vegetables for each group. Some of us in the group are cooks. As children, we can only help peel onions and clean vegetables as instructed by the cook at the evacuation center.

We receive food aid once a week. Once a week, we at the evacuation center organize our ingredients, being very careful to cook only enough to last the week, given our current economic crisis and other needs.

From morning until late afternoon, we couldn't access the internet, and the electricity was also out. To keep us from getting bored in the refugee camp, we were here whenever we couldn't access the internet, always looking for entertainment to distract us from this profound trauma. My friends and I, more than ten of us, searched for fruit in the forest every afternoon and evening, as we lived in a refugee camp in the highlands.

Some of my new friends could climb trees. My friends and I were all excellent climbers. We just smiled and were speechless as we watched them climb trees like pomegranate and rambutan trees.

This is what we do every day without a network or electricity, except for the occasional hour of the day when we receive a network grant to charge our phones, do other things, or contact family members there. We're not complaining here; we're always patient, no matter the circumstances.
