It was a boring day, I tried to find some new variations. January 13, 2026

Hello everyone.

I'm almost desperate today, for some reason. It's been very difficult to find an internet connection lately, and I can't post my daily posts because the internet connection is inaccessible. Even the Starlink support network hasn't been available here for a long time. I haven't posted in almost two days, and it's making me very sad.

My days have changed a lot. In our refugee camp, the friends I met here haven't returned to the refugee camp for several days because they wanted to see the conditions of their homes in East Aceh and Pidie Jaya. The situation there is truly dire. That's why we're sad, because we consider them like family here. But I always try to lift my sad spirit so that my heart feels better.

This morning, I received food assistance from the local residents. Every Tuesday and Thursday, we receive rice packets cooked in a public kitchen near the village. Although the food is simple, I'm always grateful. Fried tempeh is also one of my favorites, especially with white rice, it's definitely delicious. I enjoyed my meal a little late this morning, as I had a few activities at the evacuation center.

In the afternoon, I intended to go to the village I'd been to yesterday, but the weather was so hot today, and I felt a sense of boredom engulfing me. I was unsure where to go for a change of pace this afternoon, as I hadn't had many friends in the refugee camp. So, I was a bit confused about where to go. In the end, I just wandered around the highland refugee camp.

Some areas were already actively building refugee camps in the highland areas, as some people had already evacuated. Even the locals were starting to feel better, as the weather had recently cleared up. However, in the afternoon, the weather here was truly scorching.

After touring a highland area, I headed home at 5:00 PM WIB that afternoon, as I was already familiar with the situation at the newly activated evacuation center. Since the water truck had already arrived in the highland area, I was certain it would follow us there.
