NEWBIES ACHIEVEMENT 3: INTRODUCING STEEMIT MARKDOWN: 100% POWERED UPsteemCreated with Sketch.

INTRODUCTION

Recently, there is a change in markdown. I would have posted this since last week. But I could not do anything due to the changes in markdown. I do not know if other people noticed what I am talking about. But all the same, I will like us to examine few things as newcomers community: How to use markdown, starting from Bolding your letters, alignment, quotations, etc.

HEADINGS

Single hash tag # and a single space will give you major headline (H1). Double hashtags ## with a space will give the next headline H2. Three hashtags ### with a space will give you the next type of headline, H3,
Four hashtags #### with a space will give you the next type of headline, H4, etc.

QUOTATIONS

This sign > without a space will give you straight line showing that what you have is a quotation. You can also use the normal quotation marks "Emeka"

This sign > without a space will give you straight line showing that what you have is a quotation. You can also use the normal quotation marks "Emeka"

LINE SPACINGS

This sign < br > without the bar space will automatically grant you a line space to separate one paragraph from another, so the more you put it will give you the number of space lines you need.

IMAGES OR VIDEOS SOURCES

This sign [source](you put the Url) will give you the source of your information without showing the Url.

For instance

ALIGNMENT

TO CENTRALIZE

To centralize your text use it as shown
< center > write your text and close it with < /div > without the bar spacings, it will centralize the text with bold letters. Or you use ** put your text ** without bar spacings it will centralize with bold.

FOR ALIGNMENT OF CONTENT

What is alignment?

The act of adjusting to a line; arrangement in a line or lines; the state of being so adjusted; a formation in a straight line; also, the line of adjustment; esp., an imaginary line to regulate the formation of troops or of a squadron.

For Justify

have this code

< div class="text-justify" > without the bar line spacings then put your text and close it with

< /div > after given about 2 or 3 line spaces

For instance

Well I just want to test whether I have remembered what to do in alignment format. Never the less I think I have remembered what to do from another person's mistakes

For right side writing

use this codes

< div class="text-right" > without the bar line spacings, make 2 or 3 line spaces between your content. Close it with this

< /div >

For instance

Well I just want to test whether I have remembered what to do in alignment format. Never the less I think I have remembered what to do from another person's mistakes

For left side writing use the following codes

< div class="text-left" > without the bar line spacings, then put your content and give 2 or 3 line spaces, then close it after 2 or 3 lines spaces

< /div >

For instance

Well I just want to test whether I have remembered what to do in alignment format. Never the less I think I have remembered what to do from another person's mistakes

FOR WRAPPING OF TEXTS

For wrapping to the left

Use the code < div class="pull-left" > close it with < /div > after 2 or 3 line spaces. Then put your content.
It will wrap the text to the left of your image.
