Request to Join MAP & AAKOM by @omitaylor
Dear friends and followers, I would appreciate your comment below and referral of good patronage so that I may be considered to join @accelerator and @aakom minnow accelerator project (MAP.)
About Me
To put simple, I'm a divorced mother of 3 children and work from home as freelance developer, artist, and eCommerce entrepreneur (a fancy way of saying I have an eBay and Amazon store.) When I'm not Momming, which is never, I have a container garden. I Steem, Tweet, song write, and pretty much live by the breeze on a bees knees.
Reason To Join
Why I would like to join MAP? I instantly noticed when viewing the community page that there are contests and blogging prompts. That's helpful to me personally, as I sometimes struggle with "information stagnation" and don't end up posting at all. My goal is to post 1-3 times a day. Initially, my first goal was to learn how to write better altogether. As that's improved, I'm now having the problem of figuring out what to write about. :)
Why I'm also interested in AAKOM? I don't have a lot of posts of my own on the subject, but I'm big commentary participant on posts by @eftnow @meno @zyx066 and others. Likewise, I think the former mentioned would also be a good fit for your group. While I'd most properly be labeled as a transhumanist or agnostic metaphysician, the rabbit hole get deeper. In general however, my interest in the group is mostly to engage more on these types of topics. Because it's really hard to find other authors in this niche.
So where I feel I would contribute more as an author is to MAP, but more as a commentator would be to AAKOM; at least that would be my self-interest, which of course is only partially considered.
I'm also interested in growing my account. I'll be upfront about that. I'd like to be a minnow and perhaps a dolphin one day. I feel I have limited resources, time, and support to offer because of my vest limitations. I just sometimes feel like a curation Lamborghini with no gas.
I would also like to be transparent that I'm also a dedicated member of @helpie, @asapers, and @smg. Again, as a Redfish, they do more for me at the moment than I can offer them. But I'm hoping the tables will turn someday and that I can be empowered to return all the loving gestures of those who've had my back in this Steem Journey — hopefully, @accelerator @aakom included.
Post Submissions
Here is a post that summarizes some of my contributions this past 3 months including my Curied posts, Truffles, and overall account wellness and growth.

I'm also a co-writing contributing volunteer to Steem Monsters, and placed in their Cartography competition. I'm working towards building a fantasy universe that will hopefully be considered toward cannon lore.
Lastly, but not only, I'm developing an onboarding platform and various small projects such as Steemdaily.press and SteemTipathon using @steemtipper, to distribute Steem off the blockchain to prospective users. Looking to show off top projects like @Dlive, @Dtube, @Steemtipper, @Steemmonsters, @Steemhunt, @utopian-io, @steempress-io and content from Steemit Open Mic, Curie, OCD, and others on Steemdaily.press while streaming, tipping, and possibly even giving out monster cards to those who sign up through my show.
It's a work in progress though. My Steemit blog is a mashup of backstory and "inside operations." :)

Part of the application process, I assume from reading their instructions, is my friends/followers are to write something about why they would recommend me as an asset to their team? I think? Anyhow, if you would like to make a recommendation, I would be grateful. Thank you.
Though I’ve looked into it a bit for this comment, like @tcpolymath I’m not too clued up on the accelerator project. Like him, though, I’ve seen plenty of evidence of what Omi is doing on Steemit and in my short time have developed a high regard for both her energetic commitment to all she does here, and to her sheer competence - both of which border on the scary. Incredibly pro-active, she seems to be more concerned with others’ advancement than her own, while the posts linked to above give some idea of how much she has set in motion and already achieved in so short a time, despite the other commitments she refers to. Really Steemit could do with two of her: one to post as frequently as she wants to, another to do all this other stuff that is so essential if this platform is to become the great thing it has the potential to be.
This is a no-brainer. Vote early, vote often, Vote Omi!
🙏 Humbled by your thoughtful recommendation @gussiefinknottle. Thank you. ♥️
Very welcome ... only speaking as I find.
I was mildly disappointed when I went to your account and found only retweets, instead of what I was hoping for, which was posts about newts. I think we need more posts about newts around here.
I can only apologize. I'm nearly but not quite ready to get going in earnest, my plan being to work up a little stockpile before starting to post so that when I do so I'll have a better chance of keeping them coming daily or as near to it as I can manage. Nothing on newts was planned but of course now must be. Can't let the side down, what what?
Hi, thanks for the request - and you must thank all your supporters!

See you there!
I don't know anything about the accelerator project, but I'm pretty confident that Omi will be an asset to just about anything. I've very quickly become a big fan.
She's multitalented, analytical, one of the best comment-writers on the site, great in the Helpie Discord, has a high level of self-awareness, consistently supports other posters.... I'm sure I could make the list longer were I awake.
Do not miss out on this one.
Thank you very much for your recommendation @tcpolymath 🙏
Yes, I think you would be a great addition to the mapsters community. I keep forgetting to write my aakom topics, but I have a bunch of sories I want to share. It'll be fun to have your insight on those.
Thank you for your recommendation ♥️ I would love to read some of them. I love all mental gymnastics genres. :) Big fan. Will check out more of your work this afternoon. I only think I've read a few of your blogs.
Cool, no worries :) Sometimes I binge read or binge watch too.
Good luck Omi. Some code oriented posts would be appreciated by at least one of your followers. ;)
Super interested as well. My time has just been getting thinner as my kids are down to half day prior to summer vacation. During summer they're home so even less time. Then I tend to be full throttle in my business (and only) when they return in the fall, winter, and spring. ♥️ I'm not going anywhere, ebb and flow.
Very excellent acceleratorpost Thanks for the sharing post
Thank you for reading it and thanks for your comment and support.♥️
Nice read. I leave an upvote for this article thumbsup
Thank you so much @tomask-de :)
When you are not momming, lol, which is like never ever, you are gardening, but that is good, because gardens are the best.
