To confuse the enemy, first confuse yourself.
If you have no idea what you are doing, your enemies don't either.
I know some of you have seen this and many others of his unintelligent ingenuity; the recent escalation and breach of the memorandum of understanding in the Gulf brought this one to memory.
The only thing that might be missing here is to identify 'his' enemy and the US's enemy/ies... or the real ones at least.
