Underage child is raped by stepfather

A depraved father in Aceh Utara District, Aceh Province, raped his underage stepson when he was with his stepfather at home. The depraved behavior has been committed for over two years and the victim is threatened with death by his stepfather if he reports to his mother or another person on Tuesday (17/04).

Lhokseumawe Police Criminal Investigation Unit, arrested-DA- (50) who raped her underage child. Middle-aged suspect was arrested at his home in Nisam Sub-district, North Aceh District, after his stepson and his mother made a report to the police station.

The first rape occurred since mid-2016, when the victim was 12 years old and the continued until 2018. At first the victim did not dare report the incident that happened to him to his parents or neighbors because he threatened himself with his mother will be killed.

The stepfather's action is known after the victim lives and goes to the pesantren. During his stay at the pesantren the victim confessed all the actions of his stepfather to his mother and then reported to the police.

AKP Budi Nasuha Waruwu, Head of the Criminal Section, said from the interrogation results the perpetrator acknowledged the act against his son tirinyanya. According to Budi, the victim has been threatened to be killed by his stepfather when reporting to his mother or someone else.

Police also secured some evidence of clothing, clothes, and sarongs as well as evidence from the results of hospital examinations.

As a result of his actions, the suspect is now held at Lhokseumawe police station for further investigation and development. the perpetrator will also be charged with article 34 jo article 47 qanun Aceh number 6 year 2014 about jinayat law.
