Public prosecutor of the country's cyber crime tribunal advised the law enforcement agencies (ICT) to conduct more information on cyber-crime related issues and acquire more knowledge by acquiring knowledge.

Nazrul Islam Samim, public prosecutor of Cybercrime Court said that due to lack of expertise in investigating the case, due to lack of expertise, there is a delay in the trial of the charges due to the huge weakness in the charge sheet. So far only 35 percent of the cyber crime cases have been settled. If the investigating police officer has proper knowledge about ICT, then the number of cases will be settled.

He said that more than 500 cybercrime lawsuits are now pending. About 90 percent cases have been filed in the total case of ICT 57. The rest of the cases were 54,55,56, and in 66 There are only 15 cases related to credit card fraud.

There have been 763 cases since the formation of the tribunal. Of this 205 cases have been settled. The government counsel stressed the need for appointing a special unit for investigation to ensure maximum punishment for the criminals in these cases.

The Ministry of Interior has already approved the proposal to set up a cyber crime investigation bureau for the proper conduct of cyber crime cases.
