The Feds get their money elsewhere; this is just small chump change to them.
Where else? The people living in those cities pay an awful lot of taxes.
From massive printing and gifting from the treasury at the behest of the fed reserve of course! Of course this is the biggest and most hidden tax we Americans really pay. :/

So when you say they are paying taxes by the Fed printing more money, do you mean paying via dilution of their current assets?
