This is a way of getting people in call centers to have a nicer life... so that they don't have to have difficult conversations with customers. This is a terrible, terrible idea.

If people are going to work in such industries, they should harden up and have the tough conversation. They'll add fees because you didn't respond in x days, etc.

Horrible idea! (And I work in a call center environment!)

I really don't have much sympathy for people who choose jobs that involve pestering others in the privacy of their own home.
