Trump Pushed Sessions to Retake Control of Russia Probe After Recusal

A new report from the New York Times reveals that President Donald Trump pressured Attorney General Jeff Sessions to un-recuse himself from the Russia investigation in order to retake control of it.

How much longer do you think Jeff Sessions is going to last?

Interesting how Trump is making sleezy politicians like Sessions look honorable. That's how low Trump is.

Trump has been furious about Sessions since he recused himself in the first place, but it was definitely the smartest decision for Sessions to make. Quite honestly, I can fault Sessions for a lot things, but not at all for his choice to recuse himself. !

Sessions did not give in to pressure from either Trump or his legal team to retake control of the investigation into Russia and this disagreement between Sessions and Trump is investigated by special prosecutor Robert Mueller as it exposes the role of Sessions as a witness key in the investigation into the possible intention of Trump to obstruct the investigation of Russia.

I think I understand what you are saying

I'm glad you understand my dear brother @davidpakman , Trump is in serious trouble

Sessions recused himself based on a Russia collusion. Which was fabricated by the DNC backed and paid for by HRC. Sessions should do his job, it's what we are paying his salary for. This is just mounting and wasted funds, on something that is false to begin with. Sessions unrecusing himself, does nothing but say, Sessions get back to work, see what Meuler has, and decide what direction he should do about the collision.

none of that stuff is true

Sessions had dealings in Russia, which precluded him from weighing in on the case against Trump, which is all bull shit. Meuller is looking under ever rock for a case, and he still has nothing. He has less than nothing even more now. Sessions was the worst pick, Trump could have made, but Sessions endorses him the earliest and the longest, however it's going to be 2 years come November and he's gotten paid (Sessions) for nothing. Travel around the country, doing what ever he's doing. Just nothing related to collusion...
