You simply cannot find distinction between all the factions who are fighting in the Syrian War. It seems like this proxy war is taking not only life casualties but also mental casualties since it seems that everyone is fighting everyone now - war madness.
Absolute madness it's hard to imagine any worse situation for any country. Poor civilians.
