I would've liked to see more of that, good for him, that's one way of making the police be accountable. A lot of police are ignorant of the law, there is nothing wrong with educating them but at the same time you can't be too surprised when occasionally it goes sideways. This guy has the advantage of knowing his rights, it's surprising how few people bother to do so. I like that there is finally some pushback against the 9/11 bullshit. I am ready for everyone else to go back to a pre 9/11 mentality.
