Cannabis for free in Germany!

in #news7 years ago

In Germany, cannabis has long been marketed as a drug in pharmacies. It takes a doctor's prescription.

Since cannabis was given to the pharmacy, the health insurance funds have received more than 13,000 applications for reimbursement. There are supply bottlenecks.

In Germany, the health insurance companies have been paying for cannabis use since 2017 if the doctor finds a disease that can be treated with cannabis. Last year the number of cannabis users was about 1000 people. According to a bill, only 700 patients per year were expected to receive prescription for cannabis.

I've also seen YouTube videos lately that give instructions on how to get cannabis prescribed the easiest way. The aim is to show people what diseases and how they should be labelled in order to be prescribed cannabis.

I have nothing against consumption, but I think it is wrong for the general public to pay for consumption if it is not used as a genuine treatment for a disease.
