Whether it's the smell, taste, look or all of the above, there are just some folks who can't get down with someone who's a smoker. I get it, truly! Cigarettes have lost all of their Hollywood-glamour appeal, only to be replaced with Surgeon General warnings and a whole lotta stigma.
