This is another form of non traffic barrier to the practice of international marketing. Government the world over try to improve their balances of payment by encouraging national export through the following activities
- Removal of traffic on export oriented materials
2.keeping of percentages of foreign earnings
3.Removal of export duties /excise duties
4.Duty drawback scheme.
All these polices place the local exporter in an undue vintage position over the foreign competitiors who may have cost advantage over the favored local exporter
