In the past eight years, China has vigorously implemented targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation, and launched a comprehensive anti-poverty campaign. What decisive achievements have been made?

The number of poverty-stricken people in China has decreased from 98.99 million at the end of 2012 to 5.51 million by the end of 2019, and 93.48 million people have been reduced in seven years. The incidence of poverty has been reduced from 10.2% to 0.6%, creating the best achievement in the history of poverty reduction in China. As of May 2020, 780 out of 832 poverty-stricken counties in China have achieved poverty alleviation, and the number of non decapitated counties has dropped to 52.
