The United Nations definitely has no right to comment, given its many failures. It really is up to the people of the Philippines, and it seems they are, for the most part, very much in favour .. my better-half certainly is - Duterte has a difficult problem to deal with, and although he is doing so in a morally reprehensible manner, in the eyes og many, he is certainly not Pol Pot.
