This is the main voter in these upcoming presidential elections. ¿How can we participate under illegal conditions?
For those who dont Know, here in Venezuela we will be hosting the next presidential elections, but all the institutions (public institutions) have declared clearly allegiance to the actual regime, ¿how can you vote when the institution that count the votes declare publicly who should won?
