Good warning. Citizens from countries with good law enforcement might assume this "obligation" by the police force, which is not lawfully available. This is understandable.

I've read it somewhere, that some laws in some countries are ridiculous. e.g. if you accidentally killed a person who tried to kill you, you go to jail. I mean, come on!
