A successful mobile application for movie lovers Little Movies is a mini application aimed at users who want to discover new movies. Little Movies, which was released in the past few weeks by Product Hunt, was on the list of highlights of the day.
Little Movies, which offers a new movie in five categories every day, was developed by entrepreneurs from Turkey, EPCSht LLC, which was established to operate in Istanbul and the USA. Aiming to develop a series of apps called Little Apps, epcsht has been using Little Movies a few weeks ago as the first product in the series. Founded by Furkanve Tuğkan Cengiz in August 2016, EPCSht LLC is managed by a team of 10 people today.
Little Apps, each of which will provide users with small experiences that they can live every day, will include applications in different categories and will be used to test the application market. Planned Little Apps The first fruit of the mini application series is Little Movies. Developed over a period of 80 to 100 hours, Little Movies has a fairly simple operating rationale. Every day, including a comedy and action in a total of five categories, offering a new movie, the application of Little Movies, simple design and easy to use in front of the opponents.
The Little Movies, which share detailed information about the movies they recommend, also link to the iTunes platform where you can buy and watch movies. At present, only the iOSplatform is available for use with Little Movies, which offers the trailers of the recommended movies to the users and allows the creation of tracking lists.
Simple and useful
With a daily average of 100 downloads and only 45 MB in size, Little Movies is able to keep users in the app for about 90 seconds. Little Movies, which does not have any capital other than the time spent in the construction process, uses iTunes Affiliate integration as a revenue model. I also add that in the near future, ads may come into the app.
Remember, too, that the applications that have a similar operating pattern with Little Movies over the past few years are out of sync. Applications such as HerGünBirFilm, which became a very popular application especially in 2014, and TINQ, which recently launched with the support of famous names from Turkey, made successful suggestions to its users.
The next project of EPCSht LLC, which wants to continue the "Little" series, will be Little News. Little News, which is planned to present users with the most important news of the day, can easily streamline traffic.
