Some other BSF members fled to India. Three of the detainees were kept in the border at Charmajharadir border. Arms, bullets, hand bombs, lights and signals were seized from them. They will be sent back with flag meeting.

BGB Battalion captain Lt. Colonel Iftekhar Shamim al-Masud said that the boundary pillars were dissolved in the erosion of Padma river. There was also a fog. BSF members went to Bangladesh forgetting the way. Later they were arrested and informed to the commander of the BSF's Battalion 84 Battalion. They will be refunded through the flag meeting.
