I think a polished PR is the only thing he did right some of the time. If the facts are true, and no one is disputing them, then he was a horrible president just like the other psychopaths. Worse in some cases because he tricked more people into believing things were going to be different, but in the end he took on more debt; killed more people; jailed even more people.

I guess the one thing he did that could be considered good is lay off the cannabis farmers a little. One could make the argument that he was so bad that some of the US states gained enough confidence to ignore fed stupidity and started making changes to help their citizens.
