Tell me about it, poloniex cause me a few headaches over they days, last month alone, my ETH withdrawal and Deposit was stuck for 2 days at least and the ticket number given was invalid!!! and my deposit number was shown confirmed many times in ethscan but they were never shown in my account until a few days. The worse part was I was trying to get an ICO and I tried to withdraw a few hours before it only showed in my MEW after 5 days!!! the ICO was sold out !!. I'm frustrated with their service and this new terms is so DODGY!!! hmmmm
oh man this is very very bad and frustrating :(
it is super bad, now they are saying regardless they are negligent or not , then why the help are they charging us for the transaction fees !! lol they are just trying to protect themselves as a few exchange is now under lawsuits lol , did i mentioned my tickets were never replied lol
