I have done the byte ball airdrop and it was straight forward enough. Half is available to cash out and half is kept in a wallet for a year. I mean it is free and I would consider waiting till rep 70 if it will not be too long because you will double your reward. The problem I heard about was to do with the fact you need to borrow 60,000 bytes from someone with an account to get yours set up. People have put out their referral link and offered the 60,000 ($0.001) and some have just taken the bytes and run with out using the link. How rude but there we are. If you want the 60,000 just give me a shout. I guess they set it up this way to increase transaction but it can potentially make things a bit awkward having to ask someone you don't know for essentially a loan .

Thanks for the update. Is it true you get the same amount of Bytes as the referral as the person signing up?
I just checked it out and yes that is correct from what I can make out, BUT 25% is available immediately and the other 75 % is locked in your wallet for a year. I like that bit actually because it stops everyone cashing out and killing it. Like steem having the 13 weeks power down , but still a good incentive. to refer. I referred two people and haven't given out my link apart from that and nothing has come through yet but it was only yesterday.

Hi Reseller, thanks for mentioning SteemFest. For planetrips I always use SkyScanner.com - This gives for LAX - KRK cheapest for 609 USD, but with a catch: 24 hours in Oslo. Faster flights are 775 USD - 13hrs traveltime.
