Greek citizens found floating in Aceh waters

A Greek citizen was found floating in the waters of the Strait of Malacca, near Krueng Geukuh area, North Aceh, Monday, May 22, 2017. The victim is in a state of weakness and is currently in Arun Hospital, Aceh Utara, Aceh, Indonesia.

This man is known named Papargyris Charalampos, age 27 years. He is a crew of Greek-flagged tankers.

Papargyris allegedly fell off the ammonia transporter as it crossed the Strait of Malacca. This is known to Junaidi, the Acehnese fisherman who rescued Papargyris, as the man pointed at the ship when it was rescued.(*)
