Anyone else who did this would be arrested for child abuse. The officer should be held to the same standard as anyone else. It's child abuse, plain and simple, and there is no excuse for it. Unless someone is pointing a weapon at him, there are all kinds of other, non-violent ways to handle fighting children. This type of behavior disgusts me.
