Dubai Real Estate Rental Transactions Report
14 May 2026
Dubai recorded 3,936 real estate rental transactions on 14 May 2026 with a total registered value of AED 1,019,280,276. Renewed contracts accounted for 2,284 registrations, while new contracts reached 1,652 transactions with the higher aggregate value.
Residential properties represented the majority of rental activity by volume at 2,817 transactions valued at AED 715.70 million. Free Hold and Non Free Hold activity remained nearly balanced by transaction count, although Free Hold properties recorded the larger total value.

Conclusion
Unit transactions represented the largest segment of the rental market with 3,455 registrations valued at AED 900.47 million. Flats recorded the highest transaction count within the category at 2,088 contracts, while Labor Camps accounted for AED 308.57 million across 470 transactions.
Marsa Dubai registered the highest locality value at AED 187.11 million. Al Goze Third and Dubai Investment Park Second followed, each exceeding AED 90 million in registered rental activity for the day.
