04 – 06 April 2026
A total of 6,713 rental transactions were registered over the three-day period, with a combined value of AED 4,263,527,693. Activity was weighted toward renewed contracts in volume terms, while new contracts carried the majority of total value.
Residential leasing accounted for the largest share of activity, both in transaction count and value. A limited number of high-value entries, including an educational facility and building-related transactions, had a noticeable impact on aggregate figures.

A total of 138 other localities recorded transactions, with a combined value of AED 639,067,577. Additional activity was registered in Trade Center Second, Burj Khalifa, and Al Murqabat.
Transaction value remains concentrated in a limited number of areas, with Wadi Al Safa 5 accounting for a substantial share of total activity. Volume, however, is distributed across a wider set of districts.
Unit-based leasing continues to define the market structure, with flats, offices, and labor accommodation forming the core of recorded transactions.
