A total of 3,842 rental transactions were registered in Dubai on 04 June 2026, with a recorded contract value of AED 729,562,427 (USD 198,655,739.02).
Renewed contracts accounted for the larger share of transaction volume, while residential properties represented most registrations by usage. Commercial leasing contributed a significant share of total contract value.

Conclusion
Rental activity was recorded across residential, commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare property categories.
