Dubai Real Estate Rental Transactions Report

05 June 2026

A total of 3,053 rental transactions were registered in Dubai on 05 June 2026 with a combined value of AED 518,158,102 (USD 141,187,494).

Renewed contracts accounted for the larger share of activity by both volume and value. Residential properties represented most transactions, while commercial leases contributed a significant portion of the total contracted value.
