Total Value: AED 1,194,117,661
A total of 3,726 rental contracts were registered on 05 May 2026 with a combined value of AED 1.19 billion. Renewals made up the larger share of transactions by count, while new contracts represented the majority of value.
Residential activity led overall volume, while non-freehold properties accounted for most of the value recorded. The unit category remained the primary driver of both activity and value across the registry.

A further 127 other localities recorded rental activity, with a combined value of AED 313,404,400. Higher values outside the top tier were observed in areas such as Marsa Dubai, Al Barsha South Fourth, and Dubai Investment Park First.
Conclusion
Activity on 05 May 2026 was concentrated in a limited number of industrial and mixed-use areas, with Al Goze Industrial First accounting for a substantial portion of total value. Contract renewals remained dominant by volume, while new agreements carried most of the monetary weight.
Across property types, unit transactions—particularly labor camps and flats—defined the overall distribution. Other segments, including villas and virtual units, contributed smaller but consistent volumes within the registry.
