A total of 3,894 rental transactions were registered in Dubai on 06 May 2026, with a combined value of AED 1,537,767,457.
New contracts accounted for the larger share of transaction value at AED 1,087,657,714, while renewed contracts represented the higher transaction count with 2,212 registrations. Residential properties represented the majority of activity across all usage categories.

Transaction Summary
Unit transactions accounted for the majority of rental registrations, totaling 3,436 contracts valued at AED 1,443,870,237. Within this category, Labor Camps recorded AED 855,643,202 across 474 transactions, while Flats accounted for 2,066 registrations.
Jabal Ali Industrial First registered the highest locality value for the day at AED 611,208,807. Non Free Hold properties accounted for the larger share of rental value, while Residential usage remained the dominant segment by transaction count.
