A total of 3610 rental transactions were registered in Dubai on 07 May 2026, with a combined contract value of AED712,034,010, equivalent to USD193,882,644.
Renewed contracts accounted for the higher transaction volume at 2014 registrations, while new contracts represented the larger share of total value at AED461.6 million. Residential usage recorded 2617 transactions, while commercial properties contributed AED244.4 million across 971 contracts.

Unit properties represented the largest share of rental activity with 3169 transactions valued at AED639.9 million. Flats accounted for 2099 transactions, while office units recorded AED128.6 million across 423 contracts. Labor Camps registered AED118.6 million from 286 transactions.
Wadi Al Safa 2 recorded the highest locality value at AED117.8 million, followed by Business Bay and Al Thanyah Fifth. Villa-related contracts totaled 220 transactions with a combined value of AED62.7 million.
