Dubai Real Estate Rental Transactions Report

08 May 2026

Dubai rental records for 08 May 2026 show 2,942 registered transactions with a combined contract value of AED 1,210,321,930 (USD 329,426,935).

New contracts totaled 1,469 registrations valued at AED 1,003,066,233, while renewed contracts reached 1,473 registrations with a combined value of AED 207,255,696. Residential usage represented the majority of transaction volume, while commercial properties accounted for a substantial share of overall contract value.

A further 133 localities recorded rental transactions during the day with a combined value of AED 307,159,314. Higher-value activity outside the top ten included Al Warsan Third, Al Goze Third, Muhaisanah Second, Mirdif, and Burj Khalifa.


Conclusion

Unit transactions accounted for 2,642 registrations with a combined value of AED 1,104,252,573. Labor Camps represented the highest-value segment within the Unit category, followed by Office and Shop transactions.

Jabal Ali Industrial First recorded the highest locality value at AED 407,771,600, followed by Port Saeed at AED 168,845,736. Free Hold properties represented 1,601 of the 2,942 registered rental transactions for the day.
