A total of 138 other localities recorded activity, contributing AED 355,645,368 in combined value. The next highest tiers include Um Suqaim First, Business Bay, and Marsa Dubai.
Renewed contracts accounted for the larger share of both transaction volume and total value. Residential usage dominated overall activity, while commercial transactions represented a smaller but notable portion of the registry.
Units formed the bulk of registrations, particularly flats and labor camps. Free Hold properties carried the majority of value across the dataset, with overall activity distributed across a wide range of localities beyond the top tier.
