A total of 4,047 rental transactions were registered in Dubai on 09 June 2026, with a combined value of AED 898,300,073 (USD 244,606,236.43).
Renewed contracts accounted for the majority of activity by both transaction count and total value. Rental registrations were recorded across residential, commercial, industrial, storage, mixed-use, and other property categories.

Conclusion
