10 April 2026
Dubai recorded 3,376 rental transactions on 10 April 2026 with a registered value of AED 5,029,111,188.
New contracts accounted for most of the day’s value, while renewed contracts slightly exceeded new contracts by transaction count. Residential assets remained the dominant use segment, and Al Hebiah Fifth led all localities by a wide margin.
