Dubai recorded 4,573 real estate rental transactions on 11 May 2026 with a total registered value of AED1,970,986,771 (USD536,688,025).
Renewed contracts accounted for 2,867 registrations, while new contracts totaled 1,706 transactions. Residential usage remained the largest segment by volume and value, with 3,281 transactions worth AED1,451,967,454. Non Free Hold properties represented AED1,379,509,703 of the day’s registered rental value.

Conclusion
Unit transactions represented the largest share of rental registrations with 4,082 transactions valued at AED1,881,730,833. Labor Camps accounted for AED964,783,489 across 498 registrations, while Flat transactions reached 2,488 contracts valued at AED424,548,971.
Al Ttay recorded the highest rental transaction value for the day, followed by Al Goze Third and Al Murqabat. Renewed contracts exceeded new registrations in volume, while new contracts registered the higher aggregate transaction value.
