Dubai Real Estate Rental Registry Report — 12 May 2026

Dubai rental registry records for 12 May 2026 show 4,562 registered transactions with a combined value of AED 4,000,379,800. New contracts totaled AED 3,398,307,466 across 2,020 registrations, while renewed contracts reached AED 602,072,334 from 2,542 registrations.

Residential properties recorded 3,425 transactions valued at AED 2,552,918,266. Commercial usage generated AED 1,440,399,235 from 1,100 registrations. Non Free Hold properties recorded a slightly higher total value than Free Hold assets during the day’s activity.

The remaining active localities recorded a combined transaction value of AED 378,582,340. Examples from the next highest-value areas include Marsa Dubai, Mirdif, and Naif.


Conclusion

Unit registrations represented the largest share of rental activity with 4,044 transactions totaling AED 3,913,952,637. Flat rentals accounted for 2,490 transactions, while Labor Camps and Shop registrations reached AED 919,995,183 and AED 857,632,628 respectively.

Palm Jumeirah recorded the highest transaction value for the day at AED 1,278,480,196, followed by Al Bada and Jabal Ali Industrial First. Renewed contracts exceeded new registrations in volume, while new contracts represented the larger share of registered value.
