Dubai recorded 3,986 rental transactions on 13 May 2026 with a combined value of AED842,960,534. Renewed contracts accounted for 2,382 registrations valued at AED479,421,716, while new contracts reached 1,604 transactions totaling AED363,538,818.
Residential usage represented the largest share of activity with 2,982 transactions worth AED524,105,439. Commercial properties recorded 985 transactions valued at AED315,291,740. Free Hold registrations totaled AED511,055,895 across 2,113 transactions.

Dubai Investment Park First led all localities by transaction value, followed by Saih Shuaib 2 and Saih Shuaib 3. Al Warsan First recorded the highest transaction count among the top-value areas with 154 registrations.
